About me

Heyyy! I am Vaishnavi D, but you may know me as Vaishshshshsh or Maya, thanks to my Instagram handle and Discord username. Currently in my 3rd semester pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering with AI specialization, I have had an incredible experience as a part of CodeX at MITB.

What do I do at CodeX?

Initially, I joined CodeX as a Social Media Manager, where I took charge of handling various platforms like Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. It was here that my involvement with clubs and other opportunities truly took flight. As I garnered recognition for my work at CodeX, doors opened for me to contribute to other clubs and projects.

Recognizing the need for a General Secretary, our club president, Rochak, along with the Vice-President, Sherone, approached me for the position. Seeing this as a valuable chance to explore the non-academic side of things, I gladly accepted the role.

With this new responsibility, my involvement with CodeX multiplied exponentially, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying every aspect of it. From coordinating with members to facilitating communication between the core committee, my role as General Secretary allowed me to ensure smooth operations within the club.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I've had at CodeX and the chance to broaden my horizons beyond academia. The experience has been rewarding, and I look forward to continued growth and contribution as I navigate the vibrant world of college clubs.

More about me?

I love photography, sketching, painting, gaming and music. I also have a record for skating backwards continuously for 36 hours (before you start thinking how? I’ll tell you it was a group record but yeah that’s something I’m really proud about myself) and hence my interest in sports lie in skating, badminton and basketball. And about the rest regarding me, the quote below must be better off than writing random bs xD. "A dreamer who finds solace in the celestial embrace of moonlit skies, captivating sunsets, and the endless hues of blue.”
